New Poll: Huckabee Strongest vs. Obama (if voted on today)

A new poll by Public Policy Polling shows Gov. Mike Huckabee as the strongest contender (out of Romney, Palin, & Pawlenty) if there was a vote today in a race versus Obama.

Obama: 46%
Huckabee: 45%

Huckabee performed well among Republicans and conservatives and was also the leading candidate among Independent voters.

Obama: 47%
Romney: 42%

Obama: 50%
Palin: 44%

Obama: 48%
Pawlenty: 35%

    The Obama/Palin numbers should be 50/44, not 44/50, and the Obama/Pawlenty numbers should be 48/35, not 35/48.
