Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, who won eight states and had the second-highest number of delegates in the 2008 Republican presidential nomination contest, will campaign for gubernatorial candidate Bob Vander Plaats in Cedar Rapids on Feb. 24.

HOW TO SEE HUCKABEE:

Huckabee will be the featured speaker at a private fund-raiser for Vander Plaats at the Cedar Rapids Country Club at noon on Feb. 24. Tickets for the event are $1,500 per person or $2,500 per couple. He will also appear at a 5:30 p.m. rally for Vander Plaats’ campaign at the Cedar Rapids Marriott Hotel, 1200 Collins Road NE.  That event is free and open to the public.
