A Fitting Health Care Tribute to Sen. Kennedy

A lot has been made the past few days over comments Governor Mike Huckabee made about Senator Ted Kennedy’s passing on his radio show. His comments have been taken completely out of context. Over the weekend Governor Huckabee honored Senator Kennedy (his service, not his record) and called out the Liberals who twisted his words around. You can read the transcript of what Gov. Jon Voight to Huckabee, “We need a man like you”

Jon Voight joined Gov. Mike Huckabee this weekend to explain why Obama is a danger. At the end of the program, Voight encouraged Huckabee to run again in 2012 saying:

“I want to say to the Governor, try it again. We need a man like you.” (crowd cheers)

Casting Crowns to Perform with Huckabee this Weekend

When Casting Crowns hit Huckabee, the show’s host will strap on the bass to perform Casting’s hit single “Voice of Truth” with the band, after talking with frontman Mark Hall about Casting’s somewhat recent trip to perform in North Korea.

The interview/performance airs on Sat., Aug. 29 and Sun., Aug. 30 at 7 p.m. central on FOX.
